The care I've received from UHS so far has been fantastic-caring, kind and responsive to questions and ideas. All the doctors I've seen have been professional and knowledgable, as have the practice nurses and health care assistants. The reception staff are lovely, friendly and super-helpful: I'm saddened to see the negative reviews, but I think UHS has been brilliant.
It is quite difficult to get an appointment sometimes, but this is the case in any GP surgery!

I get flu once a month, everytime I just get a nurse's appointment instead of a doctor's. Although I just get flu and infections, they are not serious about it and suggest some irrelevant treatment, which make my illness worse. Common to wait for more than 30minutes for an appointment. Also, they were never on the phone at 8:45am (earliest booking time), sometimes even till 9am, they told me the appointments were fully booked at 9am. Or the other option, going on the website to book the next day 's appointment after 18:00, never see the next day's appointments except appointments few weeks later

They would let you waste away with your medical issue before they let you disrupt their optimum appointment system, horrible service and unempathetic staff, and i thought nhs outlets were bad
