Had a great sorry stay here. Rooms basic but comfortable. Comfy bed, small shower room, fabulous shower. All spotlessly clean. Kitchen staff coped will with my complicated diet, lots of good even though gluten and milk free. Soya milk, gluten free sausages, mushrooms cooked to order. I'd definitely come back.

Brilliant location for easy access to Sheffield city centre. Staff were warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and humorous. Well equipped rooms - comfortable bed and pillows were lovely, hassle free breakfast (which served everything that any person could want) which was hot and tasty. My room was quiet but was at the back of the hotel (do not expect a view - but then I would not be expecting a view in a city hotel!), I do not know what the noise levels are at the front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and well presented. The room a decent size and the bathroom was modern and clean if a little cramped. We chose the full breakfast which had a decent choice and tasted pretty good too. I would certainly stay there again, it's very close to the city centre but not right on a main road which means it's pretty quiet, and there's a pub right around the corner.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! Fantastic value for money, brilliant check in/ out times! Great breakfast (at additional cost but worth every penny) extremely clean. Very comfy bed! Would recommend 100%! Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently close to the city centre, train station and Ponds Forge tram stop. Spacious rooms are comfortable and practical.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Staying at the hotel means you can get discounted parking at Q-Park Castlegate.
