Bad experience they increased the price 3 times within a year !!! And they keeps saying different excuses

Used for over a year and then told i never earned a no claim discount on my taxi policy paid well £5500 and no ncb. Untrustwothy people extremely expensive especially when they no you need to pay weekly and also the staff at sheffield never smile. One of the staff used to work at wheels insurance who turned out to be fraudelent and insured someone i know with a lot of driving offences without declaring them so and still charged 110per week. These people are not reliable and will not transfer your policy unless the week is over also will not insure until you have plated your car such a stupid system i hope they get shut down. Will never use again even if they gave me insurance for £250 for the year a disgrace. Got excellent deal with acorn shame to sheffield branch milestone insurance staniforth rd. Avoid at all cost

We recently set up a project needing fleet insurance. Milestone were friendly, efficient, flexible and very cost effective. I will always use them in future.

I have been trying to sort out my enterprise refund without success for over a month now with no results then i rang up the leeds branch & spoke to Susie smith whome sorted my issue & rang me back when she said she would. Her service was excellent. Thanks again.

I cannot stress how much you need to stay away from these if you don't want an invalid insurance!
