Good range of equipment well maintained and a very tidy.

Brilliant gym. Equipment is fantastic and the gym us kept clean, tidy and is very well run.
The gym team are helpful and know a lot about training and always offer help and motivation where needed.
Lots of serious bodybuilders here but it shouldn't put anyone off, the people are really friendly and will help you out not at all intimidating like some gyms.
