Out of all the sports and activities i have done. Muay Thai is the best and this gym made me love it, with the excellent training and the people around. I have been training now 4 six months and have been fit as i have ever been and feel more confident. 1 thing you should try be before it's to late.

Fantastic gym, been going for a while now and found Christian very helpful, understanding and patient. he has an extensive knowledge on training and fighting.

I would highly recommend whether your a novice or expert as Christian will always be able to help.
