Love the swimming bath here - great for lessons with children and babies. Water is warmer than many pools which is great for little ones. The cafe is well run and an interesting concept. We use the library here regularly and love the children’s area.

Excellent facilities from swimming pool to gym to library to cafe! Everyone is friendly. A nice safe environment

Hub of the Upperthorpe area. Great community place with friendly staff and a great swimming pool.
New cafe has recently opened and the food is amazing

Chief executive was very understanding solving an issue.
Most staff are friendly. However, Some staff need extra customer service training (Smile please) and have the right attitude to work with people.
Could do with more maintenance of the ladies gym.
One staff has stated that you cannot workout with a friend!
Im sorry but you will lose customers.
