Used to be such a great venue. Customer service has gone completely since new manager has taken over - He takes delight in being aggressive towards people, standing mocking those who are injured or drunk, and tries to start fights with passers by.
Avoid if possible.

Bouncers were verbally abusive and literally threatened to start a fight with my friend for no reason (I'm being serious). Dismissed my complaints. Will never set foot in there again.

Beyond amazing, obviously the music is so fun, you have to be in the right mood for pop world and with the right people. Drinks are extortionate.
