Very pleased with the service we received. After our initial enquiry, we were contacted quickly and Dave, who came to quote, was knowledgeable and helpful. We felt the price quoted was good. The lads who did the job for us worked hard and cleared up well. I would recommend Arborist Tree Care.

Won't use this company again. We had them a few days ago for trimming our tree. We were told that they will raise the crown by chopping the lower branches but they didn't. When asked, the guy said that his boss never mentioned that. It was in the quotation but the guy refused to do it and we had to pay hundreds of pounds for just removing few leaves and tiny branches from the tree. So, not happy. Never again!

We have purchased logs from Aroborist Tree Care on 3 occasions in the last 2 years, delivered on time in a big builders bag to our house. Good quality logs, various tree types from their felling side, but all burn fine. We recently had our annual sweep, and the guy commented that the small quantity of fine, powdery ash indicated that we had used 'very good' quality fuel, well seasoned. We're pleased about that; corroded flues are expensive to replace! So here's to the next load in the Autumn!

Arborist Tree Care did some work for us a few years ago so I contacted them again. The guys are knowledgeable, professional and efficient, cleaned the garden after their work, answered the questions we had, worked safely and without disruption to my neighbours. Such a great company. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Dave & Team

We asked Arborist to pollard 59 lime trees on our estate and we could not have asked for a more professional, efficient or value for money job. The team fulfilled their schedule but were flexible - an important factor in ensuring that the work was carried out with residents' safety and security in mind.. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
