We went to La Gondola last night and as always the food is great, we had a starter, main and dessert also wine plus coffee and a latte, paying £42 was worth it, the chef and waitress were very friendly, we go quite often and would recommend this restaurant to anyone, it deserves more than 5 stars. Best Italian restaurant in Sheffield.

Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. The food is incredible and if I could afford to, I'd go every night! Haha. But seriously, amazing ❤

I've walked past this place for years and I didn't realise the size of the place, it's a bit of a tardis from what looks like a small cute restaurant it's actually quite large.
The food here was really nice I had the spaghetti marinara and it was really tasty and the portion size was excellent.
The restaurant wasn't busy it was about half full but the service seemed rushed. There was no break in between courses, which would have been nice. The staff however were very pleasant.
The bill came in at just over £50, for 2 starters 2 mains and a bottle wine which to be fair for the size of the meals was fantastic.

Absolutely the best Italian in this part of the UK. No doubt about it. Been here 3 times in the last month, each time was superb. Food and service. May I recommend to start proceedings with an espresso Martini before sitting down as they make them to perfection.
