Free parking perfect. Love there jobs these are so dedicated. Can phone for app and small donation required. Also emerbgancy also

Absolutely amazing, fantastic staff. Very compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our dog they did not rush us out of the room. The place is spotless , lots of seating inside and feee parking outside.

Polite staff and clean waiting area.
Cam be difficult to get appointment over the phone. And do a get rather busy.
The vet I saw was polite and friendly did some test on my dog.
But I was left rather disappointed that there was no answer as to why my pet was unwell. Was told to come back in two weeks witch was disappointed something wasn't sorted better that day. My dog seems in pain and am unhappy nothing more was done that day to help with this.
The staff do work every hard and the service is invaluable for people on low incomes. I was just left disappointed for my pet

What a wonderful place. They have helped me and my family SO much in the past and, right now.
They are so helpful and it is so nice that they exist for those of us who cannot afford vet bills. It's just a pity they moved it to such an out-of-the way place. Yes, the old one that USED to be near the bottom of the Moor was very dull, depressing and dreary. Whereas, THIS one is lovely. It's just its location.
I always like how they call the animal by 'name' when your turn is reached rather than use the owner's name. This is a nice touch.
I always like seeing the other animals whilst in the waiting room and making a fuss of them.
They even send reminders of when vaccinations are due by sending a beautiful picture-postcard with an animal on it and personalised with your animal's name. This is a lovely touch.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE PDSA.
I GIVE THEM MY HIGHEST RATING.
5 STARS, IN MY OPINION, IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE WORK THEY DO! THEY DESERVE MORE!
