My girlfriend spent 20minutes at the bar when we initially arrived and 5 people were served before her, understandably this can happen at a bar , there is no normal line queue . On this occasion she was the only one at the bar and spent 20minutes standing there while people came up 1 by 1. Okay so mistakes are made, no problem. We ordered a slice of cake (retail rejection comfort food) that then took an hour and 20minutes to arrive. They forgot.

Great food with great prices to match. There's always a nice atmosphere and is a family friendly place to dine out

Our steaks were underdone today but No problem. The whole meal was replaced with no quibble. JULIE the waitress was more than helpful. We all got complimentary drinks and she was backwards and forwards to make sure everything was to our liking. She couldn't have been more helpful. JULIE YOU ARE A STAR AND AN ASSET TO WETHERSPOONS.

A lovely place the staff are brilliant. The food was lovely had to leave early as too cold to sit the air con was so cold even with coats on too bad. We asked twice to be turned off but no joy.😯
