Appalling service. Bar staff couldn't make a drink on the menu, and was having a conversation with her friend over the bar. When I said the drink wasn't correct she shouted "haway man I've been in since 3" she then commented to her friend she'd be happy when the customers bugger off. Glasses are always filthy also. However there was one bar man was and was well presented.

Great staff could do with refit to make it all on one level, needs white ceiling and place is a bit dark even on sunny days. Gets an elderly gobby crowd at times. Match days are to be avoided. Has persistent fly problem.

I'm a regular here always good real ale on at very good prices friendly atmosphere food the normal spoons standard which is good value .

I am very appalled by the attitude I witnessed this evening from a staff member. An old man had approached the bar and asked for a drink, to which the staff member with a snowflake tattooed on her wrist and dark lipstick replied with a stern and unnecessary attitude. He pointed to which drink he wanted and she replied 'well that's better' and slammed the glass down. This is not the first time I have witnessed such disgusting attitude from this member of staff. However her rudeness has never ruined my evening at william jamesons . I also must say the food this evening was made to a high standard and was extremely delicious! I want to state that the other staff members are a credit to your team, very polite and well presented, this review is based solely on this appalling, rude member of staff that on many occasions has presented unacceptable and unwelcoming service.
