Fantastic Customer Service!!
Stephen from First Mortgage helped us find a mortgage when purchasing a different home. We felt that Stephen went above and beyond his duty. He kept us updated regularly and made sure he was in regular contact with the vendor. I would recommend First Mortgage and plan to use them in the future.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for help & advice about mortgages to contact First Mortgage. I have gone to Ben twice now & will definitely be back. He has made the process from first application through to completion & future management, stress free, easy & more importantly affordable! I have just used the team at First Mortgage for the second time in two years. This time to re-mortgage a property in Newcastle. I can say nothing bad about this company. They have not only been excellent but on both occasions exceeded my expectations. Ben, Martyn and Jordan are very professional and very easy to communicate with. They highly deserve a 5 star rating and more importantly my repeat custom. Keep up the great work!

Been using first mortgage for 4 years now. Absolutely brilliant!!! Approachable, friendly and will go over and beyond to help with any concerns/issues you may have. No worries or stress as first mortgage do everything for you. Totally recommend to anyone who's looking to mortgage. -Brenda

I recently started the process of purchasing my first home. Stephan Dagg was recommended to me by a close friend. It was very important that I was able to work with someone who would give me very clear and straight forward mortgage advice as I had never purchased a property before.
I can honestly say that Stephen helped me every step of the way, made sure that I understood all aspects of my application. He was very patient and was able to answer all questions I had.
