I joined the gym to help me lose weight for my wedding pictures but now I'm a member I'll be going back to Club Zest for years (honestly!). All of the staff are great - always a friendly reception and if you have any questions they're always happy to help - I'm always forgetting how things work but never feel embarassed to ask for help lol. The classes are always really fun and make you work much harder than you do on your own and I've especially enjoyed going to spinning which is something I've always wanted to try but was a bit nervous to!!

A great gym with a lively atmosphere and friendly staff! I joined in 2003 and have never looked back. I am 3 stone lighter and have managed to keep the weight off because of the continued support of Club Zest. The staff have always had time to advise me on all aspects of exercise and healthy eating. Classes are always fun and it has been a pleasure to make new friends there. Highly recommended!

Would recommend the club to anyone for its warm and friendly staff. More importantly it caters for all ages, sizes and abilities, this is very much the ethos of the club. In turn this provides a fantastic and fun atmosphere, plus if you are willing to put the effort in you will see results. This is not, however, about being a size zero, its about confidence and a healthy self esteem.
