Pleasant shopping experience. Good variety of high street stores as well as smaller traders. Excellent cafe's and eating places.

A nice little shopping centre right in the middle of Sunderland A good range of shops. Clean, tidy and there is a Gregg's cafe right in the middle of it. There is also a pleasant little market as well.
