Unfortunately had to put the family cat to sleep and even though this is a terrible time the staff here were very supportive. Gave me all the time I needed and we're very compassionate towards myself and the cat. Good opening hours and they even have a cat waiting room away from all other animals to save stress on the animals and even offer towels to cover your carrier again to minimise stress. 10/10 would recommend.

Generally good and efficient with friendly and caring staff - while the Vaccination for life plan is a good idea there is a tendency with some of the staff to be a bit pushy in trying to sell services that your pets probably do not need.
Separate waiting room for Cats so no free snacks for your Dog.

Always friendly and attentive staff. Looked after my cats, hens and dog over the years with consummate professionalism.
