An excellent class. Really Energetic and the ninety minutes are over before you realise, leaving you feel like you've had a great work out but also calmer and more peaceful!! I Love it!! Also, I am a relative beginner and found the class really motivating as I can see the obvious effects it has had on the people who have been attending for a while and what I will be able to achieve very soon! Even after a few weeks I am noticeably more flexible and just feeling Great!!!!! I can not recommend these classes highly enough......give it a try!

I'm an old fogey but it is fantistic - I am now so much more peaceful and far more 'limber' - an enrhusiastic following as she is a BRILLIANT teacher!!
