Great way to exercise! Variety of short classes, suitable for every ability and for anyone like me who has a busy lifestyle, being a mum of two little ones. The staff is very friendly, professional and help you to achieve your goals. It's almost like having a personal trainer to yourself, as the classes are very small. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I love this place! Pure Power Studios got me fit and enjoying exercise again. Each class is only 25 minutes long, but has the same effect as an hour at the gym, and the trainers are great! It's a really friendly studio, with a good variety of classes at times that suit.
