We came for a quiet family drink with friends after the fireworks. The children (6 and 8) drew some extremely innocent drawings on the windows in the condensation, and the manager proceeded to claim they were drawing rude images and rub them off and shout at our entire party. This lead to him making a 6 year old girl cry and have to leave due to his over the top behaviour. Avoid this establishment! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Huge roasts lovely but potatoes tasted re heated! Staff were very attentive and open to feedback x

A nice place with friendly staff. The food was slightly disappointing. I had the ploughmans and the amount of bread was a little low and I'm not a huge fan of big sticks of celery, whole gherkins and the like. A little more cheese wouldn't have gone amiss, either, particularly given that the prices are at the higher end.

Nice pub to grab a pint in (although it's closed at the moment) Good beer and friendly staff. Always good music playing. They also have a fruit machine which is becoming less common now. Outside seating and heaters is nice too. It looks like it has reopened after being renovated. I will go back shortly and will update my review accordingly. The picture is off the new frontage.
