I have received two different treatments at rtwskin, one of them for laser acne removal, which was very successful. I found the clinic to be professional and friendly, with easy access and reasonable prices.
Walking in you immediately feel the calm ambience, and my interaction with all the staff was of a very high standard. I felt reassured by their knowledge, experience and honesty. They are realistic about their treatments and don't make empty promises.
I'm very confident and comfortable under their care, so I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

I saw the consultant for laser removal for acne. The consultant recommended 5 face peels to prepare my skin then 3 course of lasted treatment. 10+ facial peels later... still no sight of the laser treatment. It made me feel like they were prolonging the pre-treatment to get as much money from me as poss. Really disappointed. Staff were lovely but that's no excuse.

I sadly regret my Consultation with RTW. I wanted help for my neck. I was told my request would not work and other treatments might work. Post treatment my neck looks worse and wish I had not gone ahead. However, I did but, will not risk my neck looking worse again by going back. On the plus side - reception staff were very Professional and knowledgeable. The Consultants manner was Professional. Everyone had a friendly approach.

I had never heard of a 'medical pedicure' until Natasha advised me to have one for the hard skin on my feet and to help a nail regrow. The difference is amazing! I am no longer embarrassed of my feet and my nails are stain-free from continuously wearing nail polish. My nail looks normal (although a little short!) and is growing nicely. Pedicures in your local salon don't come close to the results a medical pedicure gives. Natasha was professional and reassuring. She has done such a fantastic job and I will definitely be booking another one.
