Food was delicious, the wedding reception was great, the bedroom was large, but just a 4 foot 6 inch wide bed that was only 6 feet long. I'm over 6 feet tall. I thought beds were usually 6 foot 3 inches long... after all the room was large enough to have a large bed. The bathroom was lovely and clean, and well provided, however, the shower leaked over the floor. The location is excellent, however, but I would not plan to stay here again.

We stayed in a Cosy Deluxe room which was absolutely lovely and big with all mod cons. The bathroom had a bath and a shower which was a surprise, both were spotlessly clean. We used the pool facilities which were okay, the pool was a little chilly for one of us. The breakfast the next day was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough to make the whole experience 5 star. Lots of choices for breakfast.

I stayed here for two nights in September as I was visiting Tunbridge Wells on business. The lady in reception was friendly and helpful. However, the main reason for this review is for the restaurant and the quality of the food. There was a nice atmosphere and the staff were very good. But the food - Wow! Absolutely superb! I tried something different each night and it didn’t disappoint. Compliments to the chef as it was simply delicious.

I have stayed in many a hotel with my children. However nowhere has made me feel as bad as here did. I complained on multiple platforms still to feel condersended I asked to speak to the hotel director only to be given an address. To that I have had no response. Spoilt my memories of my little brothers wedding.
Children not welcome. In the bar they would rather serve interests of regulars than hotel guests.
Poor slow service that had an impact on my children. I felt bullied and humiliated but the duty manager.
I wanted to check out and get my money back however this was refused as I had paid in full on check in.

Attended for a funeral wake...lovely venue - excellent service but did enquire too many times when to clear food away..was never the right time or moment given the circumstances of the day. ...but always attentive to requests. To which am thankful for.
