Shabby job. No eye for detail and there was a reluctance to 'listen' to the customer. Straight after bringing our dog home from the groomers I noticed the hair within the ears had not been clipped, the hygiene shave had barely been done and the fur between the joints had been left long while the rest was short. Also, since my dog had a few mats on the fore legs and the groomer didn't want to be dealing with it, worried about skin infections, she insisted on shaving off all of it. This is a dog that is brushed every week and checked for matts but she had been digging in sand and playing in water the last couple of days, and hence the mats. But she wasn't bothered to listen to any of it. Just shaved all the coat off my dog's legs. Will not be going back. Thank you very much.

As you would expect of a large chain pet store. Animals are kept in very clean conditions. There's always some kind of special offer on pet food. Also an on-site Vet and poodle parlour.

I always feel confident in their services, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I take my dogs and cat there and they are always treated with care and I know that they are in very capable hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and have done, and also they are very well priced.

Where to start. My dog kali. Took her to the groomers. Paid for the full works extra for teeth cleaned and polished breath freshened and deap clean conditioner. 1. Teeth not cleaned at all. 2.Breath not fresh at all. 3.Right ear is sore and not clean at all. 4.Dry mud on her belly. 5. Nails Sharp and jagged to a point wear she ripped a tread on my sofa. 6. Paws have always been so soft but now they are like glass paper. 7.She just come out of season. Dried blood around her lady area. 8.Right front paw seems to be very sore. Limping and its weeping. Questioning whether they cut her. Not happy in the slightest. I ask what have they actually done other than trim her hair and injure her.
