Starting yoga was the best thing I've ever done for my body and mind.
It's improved my fitness, posture, flexibility, and my nature.
I honestly can't believe how amazing it's made me feel.
Emma is such a friendly and welcoming yoga instructor.
I really can't recommend enough

I have had several yoga teachers. Emma Gliddon is by far the best. Her classes are varied, interesting and she gives very good instruction at all levels. From beginner to more experienced - she makes all feel welcome.
