I joined synergy over 7 weeks ago and just over 15 stone in weight with "the belly".. Yes it's hard work but this is seriously the best way to get fit and lose the weight. You get a top PT who not only supports you in everyway but also gives you the best nutritional advise. It's really made me think about how I fuel my body rather than the usual "I'll just nip into kfc/burgerking. I signed up for the 30 day challenge and lost 4 inches round the gut and now after week 7 am very pleased that I am under 14 stone for the first time in years. Trust me, if you're fed up with pointless gym sessions and diets that seem to stop working after week 3 (as I was) give the 30 day guarantee a try. If you're serious about weight loss, you've found the right place!!!! Cannot rate high enough.

Hi my name is Clare I joined Matt Jupps Group at Synergy Phitness roughly 4 weeks ago to undertake the 30 day challenge really because I needed to lose some weight as I recently got on the scales and found I was weighing in at my heaviest. This worried me as there are a lot of health issues for example diabetes that result from being over weight and I do not want to end up in that kind of situation. I have two young children as well and before joining found that I would need quick energy fixes so would reach for biscuits cakes etc which I knew had to stop. I feel that being on Matt Jupps course has improved my fitness and self-esteem. Results wise I have lost a total of 7lbs to date with 3.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches around my hips. This has resulted in dropping one dress size and I can’t thank Matt enough for this great start.
I have done gyms and various diets in the past but nothing worked before now. All the members at the sessions are really friendly and supportive and Matt is a very encouraging and motivates everyone to really push themselves. The meal plans have encouraged me to cook from scratch whereas before I relied quite a lot on microwave meals which are loaded with salt! It is not an easy change and the first week is probably the hardest due to getting used to the new regime. If you are ready for a lifestyle change then this is for you, it is not a quick fix diet but is something that needs to be sustainable long term.

I have more energy, I've lost half a stone in weight, 6cms from my waist and I feel more toned. I have enjoyed training with Matt, it's never dull, very friendly and gives you just the right amount of push.

Hi my names James baker and I have just completed matts 30 day weight loss challenge I have achieved a massive amount in just 30 days with matts help and healthy eating plans I have managed to lose 1stone 4pounds and 4 inches off my waist also feel great and meet some great people along the way I will be sticking around for a while

I am a Mummy to two little monkeys (6yrs and 1yr) and I was exhausted, I needed help. I have been relying upon 4-6 hours of (broken) sleep most nights and the following day would be survival based on biscuits, coffee and cake. I hated the way I looked and didn't like my reflection in the mirror. My self esteem was at its lowest. I needed to change.

So, I applied to take part in a 30 day challenge with Matt @ Synergy Phitness. I was so nervous. What if I couldn't keep up with the others? What if I couldn't do what was asked? My body had changed; I have lumps and bumps and didn't want to feel exposed to those insecurities. Thankfully, this was not the case - no egos, no stereotypical gym bunnies, just normal people who all shared the same aims and goals. 'TO LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT!'

The sessions are fun and varied and they also allow you to push yourself as much as you can. Love the HIIT sessions, perfect for burning fat in a 45 minute session!

Overall I am so pleased with my results so thank you for your support and guidance.. I can now do a proper lunge and push up and never again will I hate the words 'burpie' and 'squat lunge' again! Highly recommended sessions for us 'normal' people!
