Very good pizza with a nice range of sides, dips and toppings. Usually very quick when making the pizza and delivered within a decent time. Can be quite pricey and the odd mistake is made but overall very good!

Ordered food over the phone and told me to wait an hour. After hour and half got delivery with 50% wrong order. I rang them up and asked why? Nothing to say and told me that give us new order and wait 45 mins. Waited again and after half an hour send me same food (order) which I placed at first time and delivery guy said that it's not my mistake. He quickly went back and brought the right order and again they missed garlic dips. I rand them up again and asked why they keep doing like that and their response was on phone that "if you don't like it then order it from somewhere else". I shocked and I asked her and person name who got my order and she refused and said that I don't want to tell you. Very very very disappointed with this Domino's. I was ordering food from them two three times a week from locking castle and some time when I'm in different city. Never ever have issue with domino but this time Staff let domino's down. Placed an order for it to go through fine, to then be rang and told they don't have most of the things I ordered, so I asked to cancel the order, and then I'm expected to wait 5 days for a refund! No more money to order another takeaway! So unhelpful on the phone not even an apology, got given the number for head office which is closed till Monday! Nothing offered for the inconvenience just got told by the so called manager there nothing I can do, I don't know what your gonna do for food tonight, absolute JOKE considering we order EVERY week, can't even look after there valued customers!
