Very poor. Delayed order placed online when called to see what was happening told it would be another 25 minutes. No apology and very poor customer service wont be going here again.

Extremely terrible service and ridiculous attitude to customers. Serious delay with no apology. The lady on the phone only knew how to make up excuses.

Very bad. The order delayed for almost 2 hours, the service is the worst I have ever seen in my whole life. The lady even hang up my phone. How can anybody do their business like this? Ridiculous. So disappointed.

We had special foo young, chicken satay, special fried rice and barbecue spare ribs. The foo young was dry and had grissly bits of pork in it, and no bean sprouts. The satay sauce was watery and didn't have any taste to it and the spare ribs were full of big white lumps of grissle and hardly any meat. Threw half my meal away along with lots of white grissle. Feel like I have wasted £24. I am not usually one to complain but I am so disappointed. :-(

food was late and a bit cold, wasn't that great as have had loads better considering it was a bit more expensive than other places. Chow main had lumps of gristle as meat in it as they were very chewy and bitty and no sauce, very plain as it was the House special.
i would not recommend this place and will not be ordering again from here. most likely why this place is not on Just Eat. rice had lumps in it chicken balls and Prawn toast were the only thing that was nice out of the whole meal.
sorry for giving a bad review but we eat Chinese a lot and with all these good reviews i was quite shocked on how poor this was.
