So I have to call a general help line for a refund in working hours when first they call me to say they can't complete my order. Nothing on website saying they were out of pan pizza. One of only two options of pizza I might add. Manager was so rude and hung up on me.

Although quite expensive for my budget, the pizza you get is quite delicious. All be it quite tasty, you wouldn't catch many students buying medium sized pizzas on a regular basis with small budgets.

Disgusting!! Was told we was not aloud to book a table for my nephews 12th birthday as "they don't take bookings after 5". Turn up on the day and surprise surprise, there fully booked up going to take 45min before they can even sit us. No care, nothing, absolutely awful customer service!!!

I had no option but to give this 1 star, would have preferred 0 star rating.
There slogan is "made to order Pizza's" so we tried to put an order in for 2 pizzas with extra cheese, we asked for them to be cooked a little bit longer because of the extra ingredients and we were told this was not possible as they are too busy, the girl on the phone even agreed with us that it would arrive soggy because they could not cook it for longer. Terrible service, we are regular customers of Pizza Hut, we called dominos and got what we wanted.
