Avoid Very poor, would not go again, we had a 30min wait for a table, we order Sunday lunch, we could not see the gravy and had ask for gravey, we had two small burnt potatoes, under cooked kale, over cooked carrots and a huge wet Yorkshire pudding slopped on the chicken, red cabbage that was sweet with hot spices yuck. We struggled on as after the such a long wait we were hungry, I complained the meal was unpleasant, then had to wait further 30 mins for pudding which was brought out with custard instead of ice cream it was ordered with. I took over 3 hours be have a horrible meal and ruin my Sunday.

The place us clean,warm and comfortable. The food is ok but very obviously industrial then heated up and put on a plate. Okay for a meal if you're hungry and looking to fill up but nothing more

Really nice food, good beer, great atmosphere, a good balance of busy but not crowded and friendly, attentive staff

Up and down with the Landing Light. Let's just say, the special on today 'rotisserie chicken salad' for over £11+ was poor, very poor..... Will we be back, yes as the oldies like it, staff are always nice, beer is good, but you really need to sort your food out. Don't get me wrong, it was OK, but OK needs improving to 'really good',.... Otherwise,, thank you

Can't fault the food or the prices, which are on par with most chains.
Meal.s themselves were good and arrived swiftly.
Great for kids but if you want a cosy lunch without noise it may not be for you. It is however only my first time here so may be different on other days.
