I would like to offer a big thank you to Simon (car 82), who was at the WSM train station last night for his great help with my car as the battery was completely flat. It was about 9pm in the envening, very dark and cold, I don't know how long I would have stayed there waiting until a rescue would arrive. But thanks to Simon initiative and good will he sorted my car and I could go home safely. Thank you to Simon and congratulations to Apple Central taxis for having a so kind and considered person working as part of their team of drivers. Apple Taxis will have my customs and recomendations. Above and beyond customer care. Eliana.

Great service! Was quoted 10 mins, turned up in 1. Driver was really nice and a cheap ride. Very happy!

What a useless unreliable bunch! How do Westonians put up with this nonsense! Got a price for Worle to Bristol on Sunday afternoon. I booked it there and then, I was told the taxi was 'on it's way'. After waiting 40 minutes I phoned up and cancelled. 'Sorry about that, buddy', said the man. I phoned a pal in Bristol and he came and picked us up. Another 40 minute wait but at least I knew he was on his way. And being a retired gentleman he only wanted to be reimbursed for fuel. Result.
Apple Central need their customer communication sorting out. If they'd called and updated me with what was going on I'd have understood. As it is, they've lost my custom now and forever, and also the custom of my friends and family in Worle and Weston, as I will be warning them off. Very silly, the company does not deserve to succeed.

Steve Palmer from Apple Taxis has taken my son to and from school for several years and has always been in the right place at the right time great job thank very much Steve. I would highly recommend them.

Late picking us up to the airport. Return journey didn't have a car waiting at airport because the person who took the booking didn't take payment, woman said she tried ringing me... But I was on a plane. Weston-s-Mare doesn't have a good taxi firm anymore.
