I moved here from pets at home vets after misdiagnosing that cost me hundreds, no apologies or refunds😕
If they had not gone ahead with the vaccinations before making sure she was over kennel cough as a pup of 9 weeks she may not of nearly died.

We do not rate this vets at all. Our poor staff has been in pain for months and this is all down to vets4pets Weston. Our dog has some kind of infection in her paw, they charged us for surgery which they ended up not doing then they charged us again for the same surgery which after they confirmed they didn't have to do then eventually did xrays which they should have done in the first place. Our poor girl has been in pain because they wanted to get as much money as they could and throughout which they showed no care for the dog at all. We have ended up spending more money than nesscessary. We have now transferred to another vets who have talked us through every option as well as informed us of things vets4pets should have done leading up to the infection getting as bad as it has. What we hope is the final surgery that she should be having on this paw, which is a biopsy, is going to cost us £400 less than what vets4pets have quoted, and they are charging much less for the necessary tablets which are different to what vets4pets were giving us. We are feeling ripped off and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who asks. Hopefully now we can relax knowing she is in the best care.

I moved my dog here from Companion Care vets, must say I'm glad I did. The staff are kind, caring, compassionate and genuinely treat the animals as if it was there own.
Would highly recommend this practice to anyone who asks.

Wilbur and all the staff are professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. We used to live round the corner, but even though we've moved out of Weston, we have kept our two dogs registered here because they are so good.
Couldn't ask for more.

The vets are very good. I have a dog & 2 cats & they have all been to the vets for various reasons & the care & treatment have been excellent.
