As with all Toy's R us stores very dated and short on staff being pro-active getting you through the tills.

If you are lucky you may see a member of staff. If you are really lucky you may not have to wati for five minutes at an empty till for someone to turn up to serve.

Could be set out better. Lots of scuffed furniture which could be displayed better

Shortage of staff on the shop floor, no one to ask where specific toy was. The guy on customer service desk very helpful though and l got what level was after.

Great shop, but unfortunately - just like most other Toys R Us branches - not nearly as organised or neat. Much more difficult to find what you're looking for ams prices do tend to be higher.
