Great facility, great staff who put YOUR needs first in a programmed manner that works.
I never thought I would be able to lift the weights or do the reps I can do but these guys get the best out of you whilst making it enjoyable at the same time.
Not your typical dull gym, no room for egos, the place has a great atmosphere and dare I say it I actually look forward to my sessions and seeing what I can achieve, which isn't something I would have said 8 months ago before I joined.

Awesome place to train. Friendly experienced staff who help you achieve your goals. There's always little cheeky banter thrown in and if you're lucky some singing! It's also a place where friends are made through an understanding of your hard work and congratulations when goals are reached! Defo worth a visit :-)
