Millfield is an excellent gym. Debbie and Lucy are great instructors. Always willing to give adjustments and easier options. A completely non judgemental atmosphere exists and it's very conducive to wanting to go to classes.

Tried hot yogapilates and I love it, signed up for five classes immediately. I will be returning for more in the new year!
Debbie & Lucy are both lovely and great support during the classes
