Best gym i've ever used. Staff are class! No frills but clean, well maintained and a great social side if you want it.

New build gym, fully equipped.
Only popped in to use the facilities after the York 10k, very impressed with the set up

Open 24 hours which is perfect as my rota charges all the time. No frills but there are classes you can book in advance. Lots of parking spaces. I haven't been during peak times yet so can't comment on what it is like then

Great gym with plenty of facilities. Even in the busy period we could find a locker, and usually machines to use. The weights area was normally a bit packed but never had an issue with getting out workouts done. Plenty of parking space too.
