Such a great place to practice yoga. A beautiful warm, inviting space with lovely friendly welcoming teachers. Lots of different classes to try so you can find the style of yoga to suit you. If you haven't been yet do give it a try, you will love it I am sure.

What a fantastic place to practice Yoga. It has a very welcoming & uplifting feel and tons of classes for all levels. I live locally but would be equally good if your visiting York and looking to fit in a class to keep your practice going. Very reasonably priced too!
