We visited yesterday for breckfast. The guy taking our order was great and we received our food quickly. We had eggs benedict and smashed avacado. The food never touched the sides on the way down. Definitely recommended!

Service extremely slow, we ordered 2 cups of tea at the same time as they took another couples food order, they received their food long before we actually got our drinks.
Our order also took an exceptionally long time.
Food ready to be served was waiting ages before the staff took to tables.
The staff just seemed to be totally disorganised and there didn't appear to be anyone in control.
We certainly wont be going back

Regret going here often. The kids love going but every time we go the service is shockingly slow. There are only 2 - 3 staff maximum when the restaurant is full. Food is left waiting to be collected and served due to the staff being busy elsewhere. Over the years the food portions have halved and the price as gone up. I bought a bottomless drink the last time I visited, only managed 1 refill due to the staff being too busy and then they brought me the wrong drink ☹️. If you want something half decent, go elsewhere.
