My family have used this takeaway for some time and after this evening we will NOT be using again. After picking up our usual order one of which tasted so much like pure vinegar it couldnt be eaten, My daughter called to let them know we hadnt enjoyed our food only to be greeted with terrible customer service that consisted of what do you expect us to do ? After this a called again and was told i could be refunded. After going into the takeaway with the remaining food i was told i could only have half my money back (£4:20p) for the returned dish because some had been eaten, about two spoonfuls worth. I let them keep the money and will not return, Avoid and use another local chinese who appreciate customers.

Only ordered two portions of chips and 3 portions of Gravy for the price of the gravy we could have gone to morrisons and bought some Bisto which would have had far more flavour. The gravy is extremely bland, tasteless and the colour did not resemble that of Gravy. Would not recommend this place at all, if they can't make gravy I've no hope for trying anything else on the menu at this place.
The chips again were dry and tasteless.

Food over 40 mins late - after an hours wait advised on ordering.
NO apology from driver who initially refused to let take £20 for £21.70 meal - which was a reasonable request.
On checking this was agreed but as he walked away muttered "dont order again"!!!
Flabergasted at such approach - i must've spent that chasing my order up!!!!
And after that food order was WRONG!!
Poor poor service - DO NOT USE.

Not great at all. Firstly, we ordered a chicken and beef curry and what we got was a vegetarian mushroom curry, no meat! We also ordered shredded crispy chicken which I'm sure had been reheated, same with the crab claws too, didn't taste fresh at all, very disappointing..

WORST FOOD EVER! Ordered crispy beef in black been sauce. Ew how do I explain, the beef came separate from the sauce except the beef was nothing like beef it was like some dry dog food it looked like bones😷 And the black been sauce was not black bean sauce it was more like gravy. paid £8.60 and could not eat it.
