Had several meals here, always well prepared and tasty. It's clean, staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant is a pretty chilled place, generally good service and good value

Got taken for a birthday meal. Where a gift card along with a card was handed to me. I then popped my gift card inside my card and then back inside the envelope. Stupidly forgot to pick it up when we carried on drinks outside when realised went straight back in, when asking we got that nothing had being moved or handed in. When questioned a bit more they came out with my birthday card still in the envelope that had being ratrived from the food bin but no vochure(That may I add have being spent the following morning)! We got offered a food vochure instead with them and when I've said well I'l wait to see if mine turns up first we're now not aloud it. And mine hasn't turned up. They refused to help in any way possible and was very rude and not understanding to how the waitress had moved my cards to the bin but not a gift card that was hidden inside. Overall the experience their wasn't anything to shout home about over priced to what you actually recieve, and I'd like to spread the word that the staff their are very untrustworthy and unprofessional.
