Nice food. Tables a bit squashed in and always very busy so a bit of a wait. Very expensive soft drinks.

Seated on arrival and forgotten about. Bigger parties were favoured and we were left without even a drinks order or a menu. 2 parties of 5 got their drinks and food whilst we sat waiting. One party arrived as we did, the other arrived after us. Place was not busy at the time so we left after 25mins without being spoken to and went somewhere else.

Great food, reasonably priced. Usually very good staff (however I think we have the trainee tonight!), very welcoming. It is the best Prezzo we have been to. Get a seat upstairs if your able to, better than downstairs.

Quick service. Food was good quality. Soft drinks served in ice cold glasses. Would have been 5 stars if there hadn't have been kids running up and down the restaurant constantly and ruining our experience.

Very good quality food despite it being a chain. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decent selection here ranging from pizzas and more traditional pastas all the way to burgers. Little bit on the pricey side of things, cost us £60 for a three course meal for my girlfriend and I, with one round of drinks.
Bit quiet in here as they don't play music anywhere other than the kitchen which is a bit odd when it comes to the later stages of the night and there isn't as many people in filling the restaurant with chatter. The restaurant itself is decorated very nicely and is definitely an enjoyable stay which is also dead close to town!
