Nice little retail park on the outskirts of York. Good variety of shops, a bowling alley/quazar and a cinema close by

Personally it is close to home with shops that provide a comprehensive range of products at reasonable prices with reasonably good parking spaces, although the run up to Christmas is usually a challenge. There are places to eat, a Vue cinema, gym, public house as well as a bowling alley but equally here the list is quite comprehensive as there are DIY, tiling and bathroom showrooms, furniture showrooms, electronic and electric showrooms and I think that the area provides everything you may need which also includes car showrooms. All mentioned here have plenty of disabled access. Toilet facilities are available in Tesco, B&Q, eating facilities, cinema and public house etc as well as the health centre further down the road that I am aware of but other than that those facilities are lacking somewhat.

Was having car serviced so walked and visited screwfix,b and q,wickes,wilkos,oak furniture land,dunelm etc to get some ideas for Christmas presents.

A really good shopping centre, some good stores there and usually plenty of parking, but could perhaps do with a bit more variety after all the recent home furniture stores have opened up.

Remember this place since a kid. Love it. Alot of shops and a lot of free parking. Nice restaurants a lot of which have offers if you plan ahead.
