Birlliant Experience - it's the first time I've been to the hair salon at Plush spa, and it was fantastic! All the staff were brilliant, making sure I had drinks and was ok whilst waiting. The stylist listened to my ideas, then created a lovely style - with recommendations and advice throughout my appointment. Having my hair done was lovely - a fantastic service, and already booked to go back again. Can recommend very highly!

I don't know about the Spa section although friends have told me that it is good. However it is a shame that the same cannot be said about the Hairdressing. Although the staff are very pleasant, myself, and friends that have been there, found that the stylists didn't listen to what you said you wanted and cut you hair how they thought was best for you. For example:
Stylist: "I'm going to cut some layers in for you"
Me: "No thanks. I prefer to have it all one length. I've had layers in the past and it wasn't a good look for me!"
Stylist: "One length is boring and dull though. And anyway I've already started to cut them in..."
Needless to say that this has ruined my hair and the hopes of having a nice 'do' on my graduation photo is still not going to happen.
