I have been going to the same Aspen Dental for sometime now and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff including Dr. MAX. It is such a pleasure to see an office that is always very friendly when you arrive. If I could I would give everyone a Ten but I will have give them a Five.

I am an individual with a severe need for special accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience easier and less stressful. They were there for me every step of the way and never left my side until I was ready walk out the door. I will never go anywhere else again
The reception staff and manager need some extra praise for their dedication!

Receptionist very helpful. Dentist very thorough, explained everything very clearly, answered all questions completely and in layman's terms. Office manager likewise very knowledgeable, professional and patient. She was very helpful and clear when explaining charges and payment options. I have to go back, but thus far, a positive experience.

Usually Aspen is very timely. This has been a quality I admire. However, my last visit was for my (6) month check-up. My appointment was for 8:00 am and was never seen by the dentist until 8:35 am. The check-up literally last 6-8 minutes. I do not feel I received the care or exam I should have.
