I have been a patient with this practice for over 13years, I have had nothing but GREAT experiences every time I go there. Dr. Ford is amazing as well as ALL of the staff. Any time i call with an issue they either see me the same day or send whatever it is to the pharmacy in a timely fashion! i will never leave this practice as i am treated with excellent care and real dedication. I highly recommend this practice every chance I get and will continue to do so

I feel badly giving such an awful review because I do honestly enjoy dr. Bloss as a doctor. I think he is very caring and informative. With that being said this practice is awful. It's just pumping patients through like a factory line. When they schedule you they lie about your appointment start time for instance if you ask for a 2:30 they book you for a 2:45 but then don't actually see you until 3:45. I can't tell you the amount of times I was there throughout my pregnancy that I was there for over an hour just waiting. Today they scheduled me for an ultra sound at 2pm then an appointment with the dr. At 2:45 but they told me originally it was 2:30. At 3:45 after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour then pantsless in the actual room for a half hour I had to leave without being seeing because I didn't plan to be at the doctors office for close to two hours and I had to go pick up my nephew from camp in albany. I feel awful writing this review because there are drs in the practice that I do like but I can't stand being treated like my time doesn't matter. I am very understanding that there are patients who may be needing to be counseled for bad news but they should be scheduling longer blocks of time for all Patients in that case in order to stick to a schedule. I would rather you be early vs being over an hour late. Just as you as a practice expect me to be early vs. running an hour late. The front desk really needs to figure out the scheduling of this practice.

The nurses and doctors have been very supportive and positive through all of my medical needs. Inhave been using this practice for the last 15 years. Everyone has always answered my questions patiently, communicated clearly, and especially during my pregnancy were willing to answer my questions.

My experience with this place started out OK. This is my second OB office as my first one I didn't care the care I needed. So, when things came up I decided to try this place out. Everyone was super friendly and seemed to get me what I needed. Then I had to get blood work done and the day the nurse called to read it to me I missed the call. i called back and left a message. Now, I get they are busy. The day I called I never got a call back. The next morning I called. I called the nurse directly she answered the phone and started talking to a co-worker I said hello and she hung up on me. I called back and went directly to her voicemail. I still have not gotten a call back to have my blood work read and this is in regard to seeing if i had a miscarriage or possible still pregnant or other issues. I'm sorry two days of trying to figure this out is a bit crazy!! Especially with a history of fertility issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I call the Doctor up tonight, panicking because both my shoulders are extremely tight and I have pain and tingling running from both shoulders down to my feet, where I almost feel paralyzed while it's happening, and on top of it, my breathing feels all cut off completely and I'm gasping for air. And I keep having these attacks, and this is the third time tonight. I get told that because I have a history of anxiety, that it's just my anxiety and that I need to not tie up an emergency line. Like no, I know my body and I would know if it was just my anxiety considering I've dealt with anxiety my whole life and never once have I ever felt this way before, and it's honestly been scaring me. What doctor tells someone, let alone someone who's 30 weeks pregnant, that they need to not tie up an emergency line and that this line is for patients with actual issues!? I will be having all my medical documents transferred over to a new OBGYN tomorrow and I won't be seeing this place anymore. Their a bunch of scumbags, and no one should ever be treated like this for being concerned with their body, especially when their pregnant. I'll be calling tomorrow to see who I can talk to, to get the doctor in trouble who decided to treat me this way for no damn reason. Don't go here ever!!!!
