Reviewing an entire office on your interaction with one person as bad, seems kind of vindictive, if treated poorly tell a patient advocate. I on the other hand have never had that problem .I like the office very much .The reason I write this is because I have had tremendous support from this office.I absolutely love my doctor. Dr. Ramanathan is a friendly ,caring ,and very qualified professional. She listens to your concerns , discusses your diagnosis and treatment. Through her help and guidance I have lost a lot of weight and been able to stop or minimize many of my medications and feel much better! I was also put on a medication other doctors had overlooked, It has done wonders! My family uses this practice and I could not be happier with the professional friendly , qualified and concerned care I receive here, Thank you.

I have been going to this office for over 7 years and I will not be returning. The bedside manners of one of the nurses there (Deb) was awful. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was today. Word of advice educate your staff on how to speak and address the patients.

Attempting to get a hold of anyone within the Northeast Medical Group, Or Samaritan Hospital, or St. Peter's was AMAZINGLY Frustrating. Please list all available and CURRENT phone/fax numbers so other Facilities are able to contact and communicate more easily for INFORMATION!!!!
