Jennifer Mosmen left to go home while I was in labor!!!!!! She made me feel abandoned! Dr Bied was on call and forced me to have a cesarean delivery. When questioned why, his answer was that I wasn't pushing hard enough. This made me feel less of a woman! This was my second child and my first delivery went as planned without any complications! I'll never recommend this place to anyone! It was a very traumatic experience! Everything was happening naturally and they dosed me up with all of this medication without my consent! I wanted to have my baby without any pain medication.... but because I couldn't push hard enough as Dr Bied said, I had to have a C-section! I was in so much pain. I dilated to 9cm and then received an epidural. I could feel the baby pressing down! I passed out in the operating room bc I could feel them tugging my skin! Before I passed out I was crying out in pain and they got very frustrated with me and told me there is a difference between pain and pressure! As if they could tell me what I was experiencing! It felt so illegal, wrong and inhumane what they did to me! 😢

I went to see Dr. Stavowy to discuss my peri-menopausal symptons and my HRT options. This woman should not call herself a health care professional. She was rude and acted like she would rather be someplace else. She dismissed my questions with a wave of her hand. Stared at the computer most of the time, even though I had filled out the questionaire online a few days prior to my appointment. She instructed me to drink more water and do yoga?? Dreadful woman. I have to say the rest of the staff were great and very professional.

Had a midwife and physician treat me like I was a number at this practice and not a real person. Dr. Vu and Lisa, the midwife, don't seem to truly care about their patients. If this is your first time pregnant, I would try to find another practice. I would find myself so excited for an appointment only to be disappointed by the medical personnels behavior once I left. Go somewhere where you'll be treated like a real person and not a number. Padi is the nicest midwife, but honestly everyone else I've met with (Dr. Vu and Lisa) need to work on patient care. I've also met with Leslie and Gabby the ultrasound technicians. Gabby the ultrasound tech, was not friendly, does not try to make small talk and does not care about her patients. Rushes through ultrasounds. I cannot emphasize enough how this practice doesn't care about their patients. If you're an excited first time parent and want to leave your appointments feeling happy, comfortable and excited please don't come here.

I see Dr. Yvette Reiley. She is lovely. I've never had a problem here. Not sure what all the fuss is about.

Being on hold for 40 minutes is simply unacceptable. Hire more staff. Unfortunately, my request was not correctly completed either and the reception at my doctor's office was then on hold with them the following day for over 20 minutes. Obviously, this was not an isolated incident.
