I have had my car and renters insurance with Apple Auto Agency for the past 6 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bill, Ann, Jeff and Don are all very helpful and always there when I need them and answer all my questions. I will never go anywhere else!

WHAT CAN I SAY. OTHER THAN I LOVE THIS COMPANY THERE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER THERE PHONES TO HELP YOU OUT. TOM AND ANN ARE A GREAT TEAM. ILL BE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR AS LONG AS I COULD DRIVE. I WOULD HATE TO MOVE OUT OF ALBANY BECAUSE I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE APPLE AGENCY WITH ME...LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!

Apple Auto Agency has insured me for nearly 10 years. The service has always been incredible and the people are very friendly. They explained to me that they are an independent agency, which means they have many different companies that they do business with, so that every time my policy is renewing they shop to get me the best price they can, not like a company on the internet, toll free number, or company store, where there is only 1 price forever....Plus they have an office in Troy also, I live in Troy and work in Albany, convenient!! I love this place i'll never leave.
