Excellent treat, when I first got the insurance the entire team at Nico Morales office helped me and find out the best coverage for my needs. I had to file a claim but I was not in town and his team had a great response; quick and easy without any problems my claim was submitted. They did their best to help me over the process and they were successful. I would strongly recommend to use Nico Morales State Farm services.

HI dad, hope your'e having fun at work. Don't listen to the bad comments. If they don't pay their insurance they get it canceled that's how life goes.

Literally the worst company to have. I have been driving for 2 years and have always had state farm. About 2 months after my insurance began i got into an accident. When it was my time to renew my premium went up a little as expected. So now a year and a half later my insurance is due to renew again in DEC. State farm has cancelled my insurance due to my driving record ( the accident I got into a year and 10 months prior). State farm also let me make a partial payment (without telling me i was canceled) and i let them know my boyfriend would be there the next day while i was at work to pay the remainder. When my boyfriend got there they notified HIM i was canceled and they didnt know why SANTIAGO allowed me to make the payment the day before. Now a MONTH later i am getting reimbursed my partial payment that they have now "TAXED". Literally the worst service to someone who has been nothing but a pleasant customer.

Great team! They really know how to make a customer feel welcomed! My Rep Carlo Perez is amazing. Anything I need I just give him a call and within mins its taken care of. If you need any type of insurance this is the office to visit!
