I am so grateful that Tom Clarke and his wonderful staff are our insurance agents! Kaitlyn and Allison have worked so hard to accommodate us and get us FANTASTIC rates on our insurance. Plus, Kaitlyn, and the rest of the entire staff that I have interacted with, are extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you so much!

Rude, Unorganized, Horrible Customer service. They "accidentally dropped my policy". The owner of this company is very unprofessional.

Love them! Always extremely professional, personable, and sincere. It doesn't feel like a chore going in there to take care of business. I honestly believe they live up to their motto "like a good neighbor", because it feels like you're going in to visit an old friend, rather than to discuss insurance related matters. They have been doing a great job, and I appreciate their efforts. Keep it up!

My relationship with State Farm began in 2002 and I've never looked back. They have always provided me with personal attention to my needs, an honest & open working relationship, competitive rates, availability to speak to and answer any & all questions I've ever had, immediate follow through when the situation dictated such action, as well as a sincere appreciation for my business. I've never been associated with an agency that maintained such a ligh level of professionalism while at the same time demonstrating such a sincere interest & attention to the wants and needs of it's clients. Like a certain song says 'You're simply the best; better than all the rest.' Just my humble opinion and what I've experienced time & time again over the years.
