I went in well over a month ago to change my last name and address. Brought them my divorce decree and my license and they have yet to change my name or address on my account.

The Customer Service i received from all the staff there has been amazing. They are always Professional and Pleasant when i come in. I would recommend this bank to any one who is looking for Great bank with good customer service.

The customer service there is terrible and it is because of them that I had overdraft fees out the ass I had just started a bank account there and they didn't inform me of everything having to do with my account
