I have no idea what that first review is about. I've been using this store for over 15 years, not once has ANYONE ever been rude to me. The store is NOT dirty, the sales associates are always polite and helpful,, and the pharmacy personnel are some of the best that I've run into in Albany. And the amount of merchandise that is in that "smaller" store is amazing. I think the first reviewer must have had a personal beef with someone in the store and took this means of getting even because I did not see one word of truth in it.....
